Bridezilla or Just the Last Sane Person Alive?

Okay, so apparently I’m that bride now.

Why, you ask?

Apparently making a seating chart for my wedding made me as lovable as Blake Lively.

Every single family dinner since has become a 'bridezilla roast'.

I get it. My cousin Becky, who tied the knot like three years ago, kept it chill with a 'sit wherever' vibe and tells me, 'I didn’t need a seating chart and my wedding was amazing, so neither do you.'

Well, Becky, not all heroes wear capes, okay?

Let’s talk shoes.

All I said was, “Hey, maybe hold off on the Crocs until after dinner?”

Not burn them. Not ban them. Just… wait a few hours before busting out the rubber footwear.

But apparently that was too much.

My own brother had a full-blown meltdown, claiming all I do is bark orders at everyone.

Also, I kindly wrote on our wedding site: 'Semi-formal, no jeans please!'

Cue my uncle Mark sending me back my invite with 'TOO CONTROLLING' scribbled across it in bold marker.

Like, thanks for the RSVP, dude.

Then, my future MIL sends me a screenshot of a group chat where they've dubbed me 'Mussolini'.

She didn’t even crop it. Oops.

Apparently, putting names on chairs is what finally broke this family.

Honestly. I just wanted to rant a bit. Maybe I'm being a bit crazy, but isn’t this stuff standard wedding prep?

But I swear if Aunt Carol shows up in that leopard print romper, I’m eloping.

LOL. Am I really a bridezilla?
